RSI Group History
2000
Our first company Rig Survey International Ltd was founded and established in Aberdeen, Scotland by Craig T Sinclair (Now Chairman & CEO of RSI Group). Rig Survey International Ltd was established with the clear intention of raising the bar and setting a new professional standard for drilling rig inspection.
2003
A third company, Rig Survey International Pte Ltd is established in Singapore and a new office is opened to cover all company operations in Asia. Rig Survey International Pte Ltd would go on to become the regions premier provider of professional drilling rig inspection services.
2012
A second RSI Engineering company was established in Aberdeen, Scotland to provide professional drilling rig inspection, project management and support services. This new entity was named RSI Engineering (UK) Ltd and provides services throughout the European sectors.
2002
A second company, RSI (USA) Inc. is established in Houston, USA and a new office is opened to cover all company operations in the Americas. RSI (USA) Inc. provides professional drilling rig inspection services and project management services to clients in both North and South America.
2006
A new RSI Group company is established to provide professional drilling rig project management and support services. This new entity was named RSI Engineering Ltd and was established in Singapore. RSI Engineering Ltd goes on to provide clients with a very high level of service and support during the construction and upgrade of some of the largest (and smallest) drilling rigs in the world.
2013
From the extensive experience gained from providing drilling rig well control inspection services, a new RSI Group company is established to focus on the provision of these services. This new entity is named RSI Well Control Services Ltd and is rolled out in all RSI offices.
RSI Well Control Services Ltd is currently blazing a trail worldwide and setting a new independent standard for professional well control equipment inspections and verification.
